Therapeutic Qi Gong
Therapeutic Qi Gong
Medical or energy healing Qi Gong as it is sometimes called, uses movement to activate innate healing energy within the body. Based on principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, an ancient wisdom of observing the law of nature; Qi Gong is a wholistic mind/ body/ spirit cultivation practice. Precise movements balance energy within the body via its meridians and acupressure points, realising better health and an improved overall quality of life. It can assist with detoxification, anatomical alignment, mental and emotional balance, and optimum healthy body functions.
Sharon offers tutoring in some basic forms, and mentoring to develop your own practice. You will be guided in your own personal alignment of Qi meridian lines for the main essential organs. This process helps you better understand your own habit and condition, which can identify and address the root cause of a range of diseases and disorders. It is a practice that requires discipline and ultimately relies on precision in movement for working towards an optimal and continuous energy flow. By learning how to move through the forms with precision you will start to ignite innate healing within your own body.
