BEFORE: Wear comfortable clothes. Drink water. No large meal 1 hour before.
AFTER any energy session it’s a good idea to allow yourself some quiet integration time. Stay well hydrated, drinking good quality warm water; and rest.The session will continue working for 7-10 days as the energy balances and harmonises; with greatest impact for the first 48 hours.
