The Emotion Code™ method, developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson, uses muscle testing kinesiology to find and release potential trapped emotional energies. Releasing these trapped emotions can enable abundant health, love and happiness.
Think of these emotional energies as balls distorting your body’s bio-electric field, potentially impacting your physical and emotional well being. These trapped emotions are a lower frequency or vibration to our natural state of “love”. They can become trapped for a variety of reasons, such physical trauma or injury, imbalances in the body, or to emotionally protect us from situations.
By tapping into the ‘subconscious mind’ using muscle monitoring, we are able to identify trapped emotions relating to a specific issue, behaviour or emotion; or physical sensations such as aches and pains etc. A chart list of emotions is used as a guide. Once identified the emotion is released using magnetic energy. A typical session may release 6-12 trapped emotions.
